Foundation in Polyethylene Fabrics

Honsdar Factory1

In 2000, Honsdar began its journey in the technical textile industry with the production of polyethylene (PE) fabrics. At that time, the domestic market demand for durable, cost-effective covering materials was growing rapidly.

By focusing on stable quality, reliable supply capacity, and efficient manufacturing, we quickly gained strong recognition in the local market. This early stage allowed us to build solid experience in production management, quality control systems, and supply chain coordination — laying the operational foundation for future technical upgrades and expansion into higher-value materials.

This period established our manufacturing discipline and market responsiveness.

Entry into PVC Fabric Manufacturing

In 2002, we strategically entered the PVC-coated fabric segment, marking a major technological upgrade from PE to higher-performance materials. Our focus was on cover, tarpaulin, and protective applications requiring better tensile strength, weather resistance, and durability.

During the following years, we continuously invested in:

  • Production line upgrades

  • Coating technology optimization

  • Process control improvements

  • Quality standard alignment

As a result, our PVC fabrics gradually gained recognition not only in domestic markets but also overseas. This stage marked our transformation from a volume-based manufacturer to a more technically driven producer with growing export potential.

Establishment of Independent Export Division

In 2012, recognizing the importance of direct international engagement, we established our own export division company instead of relying on third-party trading teams.

This strategic move allowed us to:

  • Communicate directly with global customers

  • Better understand international standards and application requirements

  • Improve technical communication efficiency

  • Build long-term overseas partnerships

By developing in-house international service capability, we strengthened our global market presence and ensured more professional, responsive support for customers worldwide.

This stage marked our transition from export participation to export leadership.

Production Relocation & Cost Optimization

Easetry Factory

Between 2020 and 2022, as our customer base expanded and global demand increased, we made a strategic decision to relocate our production base from coastal areas to inland regions.

The objective was not only cost optimization, but long-term operational efficiency. The relocation enabled:

  • More competitive production costs

  • Expanded factory space and capacity

  • Improved resource allocation

  • Enhanced value delivery for customers

This structural upgrade allowed us to remain competitive in pricing while maintaining technical standards and quality consistency — strengthening our position as a reliable long-term manufacturing partner.

Launch of Easetry: High-End & Project-Oriented Solutions

Easetry Factory

In 2023, responding to growing demand for higher performance and customized applications, we launched Easetry as a specialized division focusing on:

  • High-end coated technical fabrics

  • Engineered performance materials

  • Project-based design collaboration

  • Customized structural solutions

Easetry represents our move toward deeper specialization. Rather than supplying only standard materials, we increasingly support customers with application-specific development, testing alignment, and tailored performance requirements.

This stage reflects our evolution from a product supplier to an engineered solution partner.
